Using Shared Parking (SPx buttons)

1. While on a call, press SP1, SP2, etc but first make sure the button is GREEN which indicates the Shared Park is free.

2. The call will drop and the buttons light will turn RED.

3. From any other phone with access to the same SP, press the now RED button to retrieve the call.

4. If the call is not retrieved within 90 seconds*, it will transfer back to the phone of the person who parked the call. If you need more time before the call is picked up, simply do not answer it, and the call will remain parked.

*This number is configurable and may be different on your system.
